HOME AND COMMUNITY We live in a charming beach community located mid-way between Los Angeles and San Diego, California walking distance from the sunny beaches of Southern California. Our house is on a hill giving us panoramic ocean, sunset, canyon, city light and Catalina Island views. Beautiful Parks, walk paths, pools and tennis courts are located throughout our community. Our home is at the end of a long cul-de-sac where families and children play. We are best friends with our neighbors and their children, and we spend many BBQ’s, birthday parties, and weekend adventures together. We live 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Lego Land and an hour’s drive takes us to San Diego Sea World and the zoo. We have a beautiful backyard with an ocean view, equipped with lots of play equipment and toys. Our community is a very family oriented and we are walking distance from an award wining elementary school. A dream of Sandy’s is to walk the one block to school to pick up Lila at the end of the day, with her little sister or brother in tow, just as excited to see her come home.
